Who am I?
Originally, I am Italian but have lived in several countries including the USA, UK, Australia, Colombia, Spain, Holland...
Do I have a formal education? Well, yes, I suppose. I have a BA, 2 MSc, 1 PGCE, 1 professional qualification and a PhD. Does that make me an expert in anything? I don't think so, but it did make me think at least a bit. And explore, and explore, and explore. I am open to all possibilities and will investigate even the most unlikely theories. Does that mean I will accept them? Perhaps, if I found enough evidence to back them up. Will I accept them even if it goes against everything I have so-far learnt? Absolutely! As long as it makes sense, at least to me. Hence, not just logic but also guts, intuition, spiritual guidance or soul, some may say.
I have accumulated a bit of knowledge about many things both of the body and the mind. I would like to share now some of that knowledge in the hope that it will help some else light their candle.
Let our collective flames become a great fire that enlightens this new era that is emerging from the bowels of this hell that some have wanted and actively created on this amazing Earth.

Chi sono io?
Beh, potreste dire - semplicemente una persona come voi. Un altro umano che sta facendo del suo meglio per portare della luce lì dove c'è il buio. È ambizioso e rischio di sembrare arrogante, ma correrò il rischio e ci proverò comunque. Accenderò la mia candela, lascerò che il vento soffi ma non permetterò mai che la sua fiamma si spenga.
Io sono originariamente italiano, ma ho vissuto in diversi paesi tra cui gli USA, il Regno Unito, l'Australia, la Colombia, la Spagna, l'Olanda...
Ho un'educazione formale? Beh, sì, suppongo di sì. Ho un Laurea, 2 master, 1 PGCE, 1 qualifica professionale e 1 dottorato di ricerca. Questo fa di me un esperto in qualcosa? Non credo, ma mi ha fatto pensare, almeno un po'. Ed esplorare, ed esplorare, ed esplorare. Sono aperto a tutte le possibilità e indagherò anche la più improbabile delle teorie. Questo significa che le accetterò? Forse, se trovo abbastanza prove per sostenerle. Le accetterò anche se vanno contro tutto quello che ho imparato finora? Assolutamente sì! Purché abbia un senso, almeno per me. Quindi, non solo la logica, ma anche il coraggio, l'intuizione, la guida spirituale o l'anima, per così dire.
Ho accumulato un po' di conoscenza su molte cose sia del corpo che della mente e vorrei ora condividere alcune di queste conoscenze nella speranza che possano aiutare qualcun altro ad accendere la loro candela.
Che le nostre fiamme collettive diventino un grande fuoco che illumini questa nuova era che sta emergendo dalle viscere di questo inferno che alcuni hanno voluto e creato su questa meravigliosa Terra.
